Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will continously develip and multiply your specialist network of talent pool in order to expeditiously identify, qualify and match the right candidates who can deliver the maximal positive impact to our Client organization.
  • Gather Client's hiring needs and translate the target search criteria into a smart search and selection strategy.
  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential cadidates, professionally qualify them, and attract the right candidates to pursue the career opportunity with our Client.
  • Present and artiuclate the key advantages and value of the candidates to our Client, be a good partner to Client and Candidate throughout the engagement process, eventually leading to a successful placement.
  • Depending on your capabilities, you may look forward to have the opportunities to execute Asia or international searches.
  • The successful candidate may work on management, technical or professional searches from well-known customers in the technology, semiconductor, industrial automation, aviation or retail industries.

Requirements:

  •  Degree in any Engineering, IT or Technical discipline.
  •  Love interactivity with people.
  • A good team player, likes problem solving and tackling challenges.
  • 3 to 10 years of work experience. Experience that is related to sales, pre-sales, marketing, application engineering, project management, product management will be added advantage.
