Productivity Improvement Expert (Wafer Fab)


Objectives:

  • Credible experience and knowledge in process integration and fab operations, work with the Fab Operations Executives and is able to influence them
  • Knowledgeable in the products offered, as well as the technologies in the wafer fab processes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to engage with customers at different Management and Functional levels in order to understand their high value technology and operational problems
  • Able to analyze and benchmark customer data in order to determine which problems can address through productivity solutions
  • Promote and lead the CIP Engineers and Product Specialist Forum to brainstorm for High Value Product solutions, which can involve:
    • productivity upgrades,
    • alternative parts,
    • advanced service products,
    • re-mapping of tools assignment from one application to another ones,
    • legacy tools buy-back offerings,
    • technology upgrades
  • Understand the financial and value sharing models for all the CSSP (Customer Specific Support Plan) and RBC (Results-based Contract) contract offering
  • Consolidate and finalize with the support of the Account Mgrs., Customer Service Operation Managers and Customer Support Group GM’s on the CSSP Programs and the RBC scope of work
  • Support the technical presentation of the CSSP and the RBC to the customers
  • Make sure the finalized CSSP and RBC are meeting the agreed objectives (Check) and call for the recovery actions (Action) in case of delay or failures in the commitment.
  • Consolidate and analyze the Customer Report Card scores for the CSSP sites and finalize together with the customer service team on the necessary recovery plans.
