Sales Business Administration Asia Specialist


What will your role be?
• Support Sales Business Administration Asia manager and Sales Business Administration team to improve OTC process and Reporting process including day-to-day operation such as: validate Purchase Orders, Claims, and Renewals; validate license key orders; validate customer records, research company backgrounds, in compliance with policies and rules.
• Support WW and/or Asia project related OTC process including newly acquired company integration as focal point
• Support sales organizations and distributors in the execution of the guidance provided by Legal, Finance
• Geographic scope: China, Asia Pacific South
• Support Order Management Asia Manager and team to improve OTC process and Reporting process:
• Define opportunity of system enhancement and work closely with Project team including other countries (called “Define” team)
• Improve reporting process productivity including KPI
• Improve OTC process productivity
• Define opportunity of OTC process improvement including communication route with other functions (Sales/ Sales Ops/ IT/ Finance/ SBA etc.)
• Support newly acquired company integration projects
• Data migration
• Coordination of necessary training
• Support timely training to Sales organizations and Distributors
• Update training materials based on any system/ policy change
• Maintain Partner Portal Site
• Support training to Sales organizations/ Distributors (As organizer or presenter, based on the topics)
• Support Day-to-day transactions
• Process POs, RNs including License Key Orders and Media Orders in POs
• Explain and answer questions for sales reps, partners and customers
• Support smooth month-end/ quarter end closing
• Plan and coordinate late POs with Sales Operations so that the necessary POs are processed within the Quarter

Your key success factors:
• Education: College or relevant level Educational background
• Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Work experience at multi-national companies
• Work experience in complex cross functional environment
• Strong Experience with ERP
• Project management and/or Project support experience as a core member
• Integrity
